Lettings Posted 18th August, 2022Well, what a weekend that was. Welcome and blog
Hello and welcome to my blog. I am delighted that you have chosen to visit our site and check out our articles.
Having gained a wealth of experience as a landlord including co-owning and managing a lettings agency for the last 15 years, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge. Our blog follows the buy-to-let market in Hitchin and we have included lots of information and analysis on the market with tips and guidance.
My passion for property started when I purchased my first investment property in March 2003 from a colleague whom I worked with in banking. Since then my partner Jyoti and I have continued to grow our own buy-to-let investment portfolio. We have gained lots of experience as landlords and as lettings agents.
I will be posting what I consider are good buy-to-let deals too. These will all be on the market with other agents as we don't do sales - we are the independent lettings experts!
If you have any questions or would like a second opinion on a buy-to-let property I will be pleased to help. We manage properties for overseas people and I've often been asked to source a property for them or help view a second property for landlords in Hitchin.
You will find me at D + J Lettings, Sun Street, Hitchin so do pop in if you are passing and have questions, or follow our Facebook page to check out when we are holding our next landlord masterclasses or call me on 01462 455434.
Thank you again.
